Terms and Conditions of Online Reservations
Room Specifics
All our rooms are set up for a maximum of 2 guests only per room.
We regret that our accommodation is unsuitable for children.
We are a non-smoking Inn, including no candles or incense. The smoking areas are on the street sidewalks surrounding the Inn.
There are no phones or televisions in our Villa guests rooms excepting for our Gully Studio.
Guests have access to a phone and internet at the main house.
A television is in our main lounge which is open from 8am to 10pm.
The Gully Studio has Ipod-Bose sound system, TV and DVD player.
Complimentary high-speed wireless is accessible from all guest rooms.
Heated floors in all bathrooms.
Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm.
Cancel/change policy
We require full pre-payment at the time of booking to confirm all reservations.
Our cancel/ change policy is:
Up until five days before you arrive you may cancel your reservation with a $20 per room cancellation fee or we can move or change your reservation for no charge.
Five days or less before you arrive, if you need to cancel your reservation or you want to change to a new date, the room must be re-rented first before we can refund, less the $20 per room cancellation fee or move you to a new date.
Special events periods and group bookings of more than 3 rooms have a different cancel/change policy and cancellation fee.
