Room Specifics
Our accommodation is set up for a maximum of 2 guests only.
We regret that our accommodation is unsuitable for children.
We are a non-smoking premise. The smoking areas are on the street sidewalks surrounding the property.
Guests have access to phone and WiFi.
The Gully Studio has Ipod-Bose sound system, TV and DVD player.
Heated bathroom floor.
Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm.
Cancel/change policy
We require full pre-payment at the time of booking to confirm all reservations.
Our cancel / change policy is:
Up until five days before you arrive you may cancel your reservation with a $20 cancellation fee or we can move or change your reservation for no charge.
Five days or less before you arrive, if you need to cancel your reservation or you want to change to a new date, the Studio must be re-rented first before we can refund, less the $20 per room cancellation fee or move you to a new date.
