Accented with heritage stained glass windows and French doors opening onto large terraces the villa is luxurious indoors as well as outdoors. The terraces offer views across town to the sea, or up the Maitai valley. As our guest we invite you to explore the Villa's spacious surroungings and gardens. Relax in our hot tub over a glass of wine and gaze up at the stars.

The Gully Studio
The spacious Studio, a modernized replica of John Gully's art studio, will enchant you with its bright creative interior. Detached from the main house and nestled in a designer garden complete with water fall and grotto, our Studio guests are soothed by tranquil surroundings.

On a limited availability the Sunny Gully Villa has 3 guest rooms ‘The Arabian' and ‘The Colonial' with dedicated bathroom and 'The Californian' with en suite bathroom.
